REGISTRATION

The Glen Mar Early Learning Center is open to all community members, regardless of church or religious affiliation.

Registration on February 20, 2010

Registration for all programs will be held on Saturday, February 20 Gathering Place in the Glen Mar UMC multi-purpose building. Parents who sign up at pre-registration will be able to register starting at 8 a.m. All others will be registered on a first come, first served basis from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. When class size fills, a waiting list will be created. Parents on the waiting list will be contacted as space becomes available.

A non-refundable registration fee of $100 to cover administrative costs and several forms (see below) will be due at the time of registration. The first monthly payment for preschool tuition will be due on July 1. Tuition will then be due the first of each month (August through March) for the school year. Child Care tuition will be due on August 1 and then on the first of each month.

Registration Forms

At the time of registration, the following completed forms are required: Enrollment Form and Registration Form. On or before July 15, 2010, the folowing completed forms are required: Emergency Form and Health Inventory Form. For children younger than 9 months, the Health Inventory Form must be completed by a physician within 2 months of admission; for children 9 months to 24 months old, the form must be completed by a physician within 3 months of admission.
